I've been saying I'd like
to do a parachute jump for years - but never actually
done anything about it.
Michelle surprised me
by arranging a tandem jump for my upcoming 40th Birthday
present. (You know what they say...be careful what you
wish for...you might get it).
Jump was excellent -
climbed out of the plane at 14,000 ft, freefall to 6,000
ft in about 50 seconds at 120mph, then parachute the
remainder - taking about another 3 minutes.
It was absolutely
fantastic - once I'd worked out how to breathe!
